Marie Talbot Daigle

Marie Talbot Daigle, 90, a native of Napoleonville, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 2:30 a.m. Monday, May 7, 2012.

Mrs. Daigle was a homemaker who enjoyed painting, knitting, gardening and most of all spending time with her grandchildren. She was a very religious woman and was an inspiration to her family and friends. She was a catechism teacher and a member of the Ladies Altar Society at St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church.

She is survived by her sons, David (Mary) and Michael (Dawn) Daigle; daughter, Elaine Richard; brothers, Dudly, Calvin and Mert Talbot; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Daigle; parents, Junius and Agnes Talbot; and brothers, Junius, Archie and John Talbot.

Burial was at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. (Chauvin)
