Mary Aucoin De La Bretonne, 60, a native and resident of Thibodaux, LA., died at 8:35 p.m. Thursday, March 15, 2007.
Visitation will from 6 to 10 p.m. Monday at Thibodaux Funeral Home in Thibodaux and 9 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at St. Genevieve Church in Thibodaux. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the church with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.
She is survived by her former husband John Delabretonne; her mother, Gertrude Blanchard Aucoin; one son, John Delebretonne; one brother, Paul G. Aucoin III; and two sisters, Donna Braud and Rhonda Melancon.
She was preceded in death by her father, Paul G. Aucoin Jr.; and one daughter, Mary Jeanne Delabretonne.
She worked at Nicholls State University.
Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
