Mary Kate Cressionie, 74, a native of Gheens, La., and resident of Lockport, La., died at 12:16 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011.
Ms. Cressionie was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Gheens. She was an artist and enjoyed arts and crafts.
She is survived by her brothers, Nolan, Sterry and Sterling Cressionie; and sisters, Ramona Gros and Effie Dufrene.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Abby and Hazel Cressionie; and brothers, Abby Jr. and Huey Cressionie.
Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, at Presbyterian Church with services to follow. (Samart-Mothe)
