Monique LeBlanc, 44, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Saturday, Dec. 26, 2015.
Mrs. LeBlanc is survived by her parents, Arthur and Gail LeBlanc; daughters, Lakyn Benton and Lindsey Chauvin; and brothers, Kelly (Mickey), Troy (Gail) and Chad (Christine) LeBlanc.
Burial is at Holy Rosary Cemetery.
