Public input sought on state’s coastal plan
August 8, 2011Nancy Laughlin Scioneaux, 40, a native of Raceland, La., and resident of Chackbay, La., died Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2011.
Mrs. Scioneaux was a wonderful person with a huge heart, who touched many lives. She will be dearly missed by all who loved her.
She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Carroll Scioneaux Jr.; son, Sidney Scioneaux; parents, Charles and Lucy Laughlin; brothers, Edward (Laurie) and William Laughlin; sister, Angela Laughlin; six nephews; and two nieces.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Ledet and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Laughlin Sr.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 6, at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church in Chackbay with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. (Landry’s)
