Penny Boudreaux Bartell, 45, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Friday, July 10.
She is survived by one son, Kory Boudreaux and wife Courtney; one brother, Darryl Boudreaux and wife Bobbie; two grandchildren, Paisley and Kinzlee Boudreaux; one nephew, Darryn Boudreaux; and two beloved pets, Melo and Bandit.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Bartell; parents, Chris and Gloria Arceneaux Boudreaux; one brother, Chrisie Boudreaux Jr.; and grandparents, A.J. and Una Boudreaux, and Junius and Thelma Arceneaux.
Her life was enriched and fulfilled as a para-professional at W.S. Lafargue.
Visitation will be 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday, July 13, at the Thibodaux Funeral Home Chapel with the funeral service to follow. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
