Phyllis Marie Toups Winfree, 62, a native of Golden Meadow, La., and resident of Cut Off, La., died Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years Floyd Winfree; one brother; one sister; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Constant and Beaulah Toups; sons, Terry and Matthew Sr. Rathel; and one great-grandchild. (Samart-Mothe)
