Behind basin restoration, Maloz leads

Preston Edmond Morvant, 83, a native of Chackbay, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011.
Mr. Morvant will be greatly missed by all.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Barbara Morvant; son, Stephen Morvant; daughters, Rita Couch and Susan Bercegeay; and sister, Mary Breaux.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marie and Willis Morvant; son, Vincent Morvant; and brothers, Nolan and Willis Morvant. (Landry’s)
