Quincy “Q” Lee Scott, 29, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died Friday, December 26, 2008.

He is survived by his children, Cyncere Scott of Raceland, Qundalen Scott of Thibodaux, La., Ty’Ron Alexander of Boutte, La., Leah Trimble of Baton Rouge, La., Malay Sia McCoy of Hahnville, La., and seven additional children; five brothers, Darrin Molaison and wife Christy, Mark Molaison, Tim Molaison, Michael Molaison and Christopher Gaudet and wife Ebony, all of Raceland; and one sister, Karen and husband Willie Harris Jr. of Raceland.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Jenelle Scott; grandparents, Delta Quatrevigent, Otha Gaudet, Elizabeth McIntyre and Bobbie Scott.

He was Baptist and his hobbies included fishing and hunting.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday, January 2, at Kennedy Funeral Home in Raceland with the funeral service to follow. He will be buried at St. Mathews Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Mathews, La.
