February 27, 2012Richard Herbert Pierron, 83, a native of Chauvin, La., and resident of Bourg, La., died at 4:05 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2012.
Mr. Pierron was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Lois Pierron; son, Richard Pierron Jr.; daughters, Suzanne, Marie and Amy (Anthony) Pierron; brother, Ray Pierron; and sisters, Helen Waguespack and Cecile Prejean.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Marguerite Pierron; and brothers, Roy, Frank and Wilbur Pierron.
Burial was at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery. (Chauvin)
