Robert Gaudet, 83, a native of St. Charles Community and a resident of Thibodaux, La., died Thursday, February 7, 2008, at 2:00 a.m.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred C. Gaudet; sons, Chris, Don, Marcus and Peter Gaudet; daughters, Marilyn, Janie Cannon, Ann Trosclair and Mary Wayne; brothers, Richard and Gaston Gaudet Jr.; sister, Marion Beaulieu; 18 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gaston Gaudet Sr. and Leonise Thibodaux Gaudet; his stepmother, Nora Guidry Gaudet; son, Warren Gaudet; eight siblings; and grandchild, Heather Gaudet.
He was buried in Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church cemetery.
Landry’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
