Roberta Josephine Trahan Dupre, 73, a native of Terrebonne Parish and a resident of Houma, La., died Wednesday, May 28 at 6 p.m.
She is survived by her sons, Jeffrey J., Leo H. and Steven L. Dupre; daughter, Tracy D. Bonvillain; brothers, Roy Trahan and Thomas Babin; sisters, Rose Mary McKinney, Marion Neal and Edna Breaux; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Robert Dupre; parents, Henry and Lillian Blanchard Trahan; son, Carl H. Dupre; and brothers, Reynold Adam and Roland Trahan.
She was and will always be remembered as a beloved mother, wife, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed by all she has known and helped in her life. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, May 30, at the KC Hall in Chauvin, La., and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 31, at St. Joseph Church with the funeral to follow. She will be buried at St. Joseph Mausoleum.
