Rodney Paul Brunet Jr., 35, a native of Dulac, La., and resident of Kerrville, Texas, died of cancer on Monday, Nov. 29, 2010.
Mr. Brunet was Christian and a welder and cook.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Porras Brunet; father, Rodney (Eve) Brunet Sr.; mother, Beverly Cantrelle Brunet; son, Dillon Brunet; daughters, Jaci and Chloe Brunet; stepbrothers, Anthony (Pricilla) Heinen and Christopher Sherman; sister, Karen (Danny) Moore; three nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Dawn Marie Brunet; three uncles, Nolan Cantrelle Jr., Daniel Brunet and Ira Brunet Jr.; and his grandparents, Ira Brunet Sr. and Marguerite Buquet Chatagnier, and Nolan Sr. and Della Perrin Cantrelle.
He is buried at Center Point Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to Rodney Brunet Jr. Memorial Fund at any JPMorgan Chase Bank.
