Roland “Roach” Cheramie, 77, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, La., died Saturday, June 14, 2014.
He is survived by his sons, Roland, Raleigh and Reed Cheramie; daughter, Rhonda Billiot; brother, Edward Cheramie; sister, Bernice Griffin; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Carrie Cheramie; and sister, Mildred Doucet.
Burial is at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church Cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
