Roland A. “Bud” Hidalgo, 81, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Wednesday, August 10, 2011.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce M. Hidalgo; son, Aaron (Celeste) Hidalgo; daughters, Lisa (Todd) Folse and Jamie Verdun; brother, Arthur Hidalgo; sisters, Mary Ann McBurney and Ouida Pennison; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Klebert and Alicia Rodrigue Hidalgo; son, Byron Hidalgo; brothers, Guy and Frank Hidalgo; and sister, Agnes Mayet.
He is buried at St. John Catholic Church Cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
