December 9, 2011Ronald Phillip LeBlanc, 65, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Monday, Dec. 5, 2011.
Mr. LeBlanc was a process server for the law firm of Michael St. Martin for 44 years. He loved his job and enjoyed meeting people. He was a great father, had a huge heart and always went out of his way to help everyone. Maintaining his well-known sense of humor till the end, he will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife Carolina LeBlanc; daughter, Kayla LeBlanc; sons, Corey and Keith LeBlanc; brothers, Druis (Lilly), Alvin Jr., Eugene (Esmeralda), Dale, Barry and Darry LeBlanc; sisters, Joyce (Leroy) Dehart, Caroline (John) Trosclair, Shirley (Eugene) Guy, Sandra (Kevin) Hutchinson and Eunice (Nick) Cangelosi; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin Sr. and Eunice LeBlanc; brothers, Francis, Charles and Carroll LeBlanc; and sisters, Kathy Ledet and Rita Lebouef.
Visitation will be 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, at Chauvin Funeral Home and 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 9, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at St. Elie Cemetery. (Chauvin)
