Ronnie Jerome Scott Sr., 64, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Bourg, La., died Friday, April 4, 2014.
Mr. Scott was a loving husband, brother, father and grandfather. He enjoyed going to the casino, motorcycle riding and spending time with family and friends. He was a parishioner of St. Ann Catholic Church and was a former member of the Krewe of Hercules.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Scott; sons, Ronnie Jr. (Shellie) and Jeremy Sr. Scott; daughter, Chastity (Olin Jr.) Soudelier; sister, Sarah (Louis) Falgout; brothers, Whitney Jr. and Christopher (Christine) Scott; 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his father, Whitney Scott Sr.; mother, Lois Danos; stepfather, Alidor Danos Jr.; and brothers, Wayne Scott and Craig Danos Sr.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, April 10, at St. Ann Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Chauvin)
