May 7, 2014Rosemary Gros Fields, 84, a native of Chackbay, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Saturday, April 12, 2014.
She is survived by her daughter, Jo-ann (Derril) Martinolich; brother, Irby Gros; sister, Doris Jones; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Haze Fields; parents, Harold and Eurosie Gros; daughter, Patty Benoit; brothers, Clincy and Junius Gros; and sisters, Celestina Stein and Verna Guillot.
Visitation will be 8:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 15, at Thibodaux Funeral Home with services to follow. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux. (Thibodaux)
