Scotty Michael Thibodeaux, 22, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, May 11.
He is survived by his mother, Karen Thibodeaux of Houma; son, Riley Hamby of Houma; brother, Aiden Thibodeaux of Houma; sister, Shelby Punch of Houma; his grandparents, Judie “Noonie” Chaisson of Houma; his godfather, Chad Thibodeaux; his aunts, Sharon Dehart, Shirley Dupre, Cookie Sons and Janet Portier; and his half uncle, Terry Voisin.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Douglas Thibodeaux; his great-grandparents, Morris Voisin and Beulah Voisin and George Thibodeaux and Daisy Maronge Thibodeaux; and his uncles, Bruce Voisin, Tillman “Manny” Voisin, Gary Thibodeaux and George Thibodeaux Jr.
He was a rigger with Royal Eagle and a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church.
He was buried at Holy Family Catholic Church Cemetery.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
