Stella E. Pierce, 70, a native of Galliano, La., and a resident of Slidell, La., died Monday, Sept. 6, 2010.
Ms. Pierce devoted her life to her family.
She is survived by her husband, Colbert Pierce; son, Lance (Connie) Pierce; daughter, Crystal Pierce; brothers, Rodney (Ethel) and Michael (Beverly) Eymard; sisters, Ruth (Earl) Orgeron and Mamie (Loydman) Melancon; and five grandchildren.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday, Sept. 10 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off. A funeral mass will be at 12 p.m. with burial in the church cemetery.
