Summer Jade Duplantis, 1, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 12:40 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2011.
She is survived by her parents, Dylan Duplantis and Audrey Bergeron; grandparents, Clark and Crystal Duplantis; great-grandmother, Laura Duplantis; brother, Dylan Bergeron; sister, Nevaeh Duplantis; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Elwin Duplantis Sr., Leola and Gerald Falgout and William and Audrey Schrader.
Burial was at Holy Family Catholic Church Cemetery. (Samart)
