
Jail woes continue in Lafourche Parish with tax on hold – for now

May 16, 2011Thaddeus “Black” W. Boudreaux, 70, a native of Grand Caillou, La., and resident of Bourg, La, died at 8:15 a.m. Thursday, April 14, 2011.
Mr. Boudreaux was a parishioner of St. Ann Church and co-owner of G&B Marine. He loved camping and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Beatrice Fonseca Boudreaux; sons, Darren and Todd (Suzanne) Boudreaux; daughter, Anna (Darrell) Verrett; seven grandchildren, Jennifer, Teri, Hayden, Hallie and Hillary Boudreaux, Chris Bergeron and Hayley Molinere; three great-grandchildren, Trey and Jenna Fatchette and Bayah Bergeron; brothers, Phillip, Kenneth and Russell Smith; and sisters, Brenda Parfait, Barbara Billiot, Linda Fennessey, Elizabeth Tovar and Patsy Duthu.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Phillip Boudreaux and Mable Fitch Ford; stepfather, Felician Smith; and one brother, Roland Smith.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society are preferred.
He is buried at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. (Falgout)
