Theresa Breaux Newman, 78, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Thursday, November 27, at 12:46 p.m.
She is survived by her sons, Elwood “Neg” Theriot, Robert “Squeak” Theriot Sr. and wife Mary June and Carroll Belanger; daughters, Charlene Pellegrin and Lisa Johnson and husband Dean; brother, Tommy Breaux; sister, Shirley Boudreaux; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Marie Boudreaux Breaux; and brothers, Edgar “E.J.”, Sergeant Sr. and Ernest “Chompie” Breaux.
She was a parishioner of St. Anthony Church and a member of the Bayou Blue Lions Club.
She was buried at Bayou Black Cemetery.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
