Verna Dupont

Verna Frost Dupont, 80, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at 7:00 a.m.

She is survived by her three sons, Robert, David, and Richard Dupont; four daughters, Mary Musso, Denise LeBlanc, Patricia Didier, and Dionne Hebert; three sisters, Ouida Mai Diedrich, Jane Naquin, and Grace Peltier; 12 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry James “Dookie” Dupont; one son, Henry Dupont, Jr.; and her parents, Clarence and Ouida Frost.

Visitation is Friday, July 20, 2007 from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., with the funeral to follow at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral in Thibodaux. She will be buried in the church cemetery.
