Vernon S. Thibodaux, 81, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died at 3:36 a.m. Sunday, March 25, 2012.
He is survived by his wife, Angelle Thibodaux; brother, Paul Thibodaux; sisters, Barbara Chauvin and Vivian Laird; one grandchild; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Sr. and Daisy Thibodaux; son, Vernon Thibodaux Jr.; brothers, Robert Jr. and Vincent Thibodaux; and sisters, Marion LeBoeuf and Edith Austin.
Interment was at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux. (Thibodaux)
