Vickie C. Pitre, 51, a native and resident of Cut Off, La., died Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013.
Mrs. Pitre was a loving wife and grandmother who loved cooking, spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed camping with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph Pitre; stepfather, Claude Morgan; son, Lance Cheramie; sisters, Tammy Johnfroe and Jessica Gayle; and 11 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Curtis Cheramie; mother, Diana Morgan; grandparents, Hazel and Edison Rousse; and daughter, Shantelle Hancock.
Burial is at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
