December 23, 2011Vickie Lynn Dugan, 52, a native and resident of Morgan City, La., died at 6:55 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011.
She is survived by her son, John Dugan; daughter, Loreal (Arthur) Woods; brothers, David Derouen and Kenneth Dugan; sisters, Peggy Turner, Mary, Carla and Jackie Dugan and Alice Obinn; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Irvin and Matilda Dugan; four sisters; three uncles; and grandmother, Hazel Webster. (Jones)
