Virginia C. “Feyou” Cheramie, 88, a native and resident of Galliano, La., died Sunday, Jan. 26, 2014.
She is survived by her sister, Eula Small; daughters, Diana Williams and Lou Ann (L.J.) and Hazel (Jeffrey) Gaspard; 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Sr. and Alphonsine Cheramie; brothers, Walter Jr. and Florenz Cheramie; husband, Cliff Cheramie; daughter, Helen Dugas; and one grandchild.
Burial is at Cheramie Cemetery. (Falgout)
