March 15, 2012Wilberine Turner Hewett, 76, a native of Morgan City, La., and resident of Patterson, La., died at 4:52 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2012.
She is survived by her brothers, Melvin Jr., Benjamin, Harold, Donald and Wilbert Turner; and sisters, Fannie Lyles, Carolyn Dorsey and Linda Turner.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin Sr. and Lillian Turner; and husband, Wesley Hewett.
Burial was at Morgan City Cemetery. (Jones)
