Gov.’s wife joins effort to build Gray Habitat home

May 20, 2010William Vandyke Lauve Jr., 87, a native and resident of Luling, La., died at his home Saturday, May 15.
Mr. Lauve was the owner of Fat Boy’s Retreat in Luling for 35 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in World War II.
He is survived by his sister, Doris Treadaway.
He is entombed at St. Charles Cemetery of Luling.
