Willie Anthony Breaux, 79, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 9:12 a.m. Friday, May 13, 2011.

Mr. Breaux was a parishioner of St. Gregory Catholic Church and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.

He is survived by his lifelong companion, Debra Favre; son, Daniel Besson; brother, Willard Ray Breaux; and sisters, Isabelle Thibodaux, Beverly Bell and Marie Parham.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Emile and Laurentine Hebert Breaux; brothers, Paul, Richard, Claude, Enos “E.J.”, Elmer, Jean and Earl Ray Breaux; and sisters, Claudette Deroche, Elva Kanz, Gayle Boudreaux, Willie Mae Breaux and Velma Grice.

He is buried at Bayou Black Cemetery. (Falgout)
