Actress, author keynote at NAACP banquet

Zavion Treh’an Livas, 2, a native of Gray, La., and a resident of Terrebonne Parish, died Friday, Sept. 25.
Zavion is survived by parents, Kierra Livas and Tyron Rainey; maternal grandparents, Angela Livas and Floyd Stewart; and paternal grandparents, Michelle and Anthony Rainey Sr.
Zavion was preceded in death by grandmother, Joyce Rainey; grandfather, Herman Washington; and great-grandparents, Rose Mary Bogen, Vivian Rainey and Burnell Rainey Sr.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3 at Community Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow. Burial will be at Halfway Cemetery.
Community Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
