Myron Aubrey “Mickey” Domangue
August 23, 2023Paul Joseph Naquin, Sr., 84, a native of Lafourche Parish and a resident of Terrebonne Parish, passed away peacefully, hands held by his loved ones on August 14, 2023 at 7:51am. Paul was a loving father, grandfather, and friend to all.
A visitation will be held in his honor on Friday, August 18, 2023, at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, Larose, LA from 10:00 am until a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am and repast to follow. Burial will be held at a later date.
He is survived by his son, Percy “T-Joe” Naquin; daughters, Rosemary Guidry, Joyce Bussey (Patrick), Melissa Dion (Joby), and Rosalie Griffin; brothers, Nathan Naquin, Keith Naquin, Walton “Jay” Naquin; sisters, Linda Naquin-Bourgeois, Gladys Cheramie, Cheyenne Johnfroe, Judy Doucet, Ashley Hebert, and Kathy Billiot; grandchildren, Nikki Wilson (Jonathan), Jami Rose Cheramie (Alex), Cody Duet, Trevor Theriot, Matthew Naquin, Krystal N. Grabert (Dylan), Madison Doise, Conner and Liam Naquin; step-grandchildren Michelle Reaux (Josh), Whitney Bussey, and Jade Bussey; great-grandchildren Cadence and Isaac Wilson, Isabella, Lucy, Atticus, and Ashton Cheramie, Rustyn and Ava Duet, Presten Thomas and one more on the way; step-great-grandchildren Grayson and Kennedy Reaux, Braiden and Weston Pelt, Charleigh Bussey, and one more on the way.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jean Farve Naquin; parents, Felice Naquin and Walton Naquin, Sr.; son, Paul Naquin, Jr.; brother, Joseph Dupre; sister, Nazia Chouest; and son-in-law, James B. Guidry.
