Ray John Liner Jr. “Buddy”, 49, passed away on Friday, October 25, 2024. Ray was a native and resident of Houma, LA.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Chauvin Funeral Home from 9:00am until service time on Thursday, October 31, 2024. Ministry Services will begin on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at Chauvin Funeral Home on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 11:00am with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2.
Ray is survived by his loving family; his son, Austin Liner (Felicia), Luke Liner (Emaleigh); daughter, Kenzie Liner (Dillan), future grandson, Luke Liner Jr. “LJ”; parents, Ray Liner Sr. (Monica) and Joy Domangue Foret (Curtis); sister, Danielle Henry (Gary), niece, Lylah Henry and nephews, Joseph Henry, and Maddox Henry. Ray is also survived by three loving step-siblings.
Ray was a simple, happy and very loving man. He was a dedicated employee at Alligator Contractors Group and also enjoyed hunting alligators in his free time.
Ray’s hobbies were playing poker, going to his camp with family and friends. He also enjoyed his children’s sports games.
Ray was a proud and loving father and soon to be grandfather. He was proud of his family and honored his family traditions.
