Cut Off man’s work ethic, dedication the foundation for his success

Annie Bell Watkins, 63, a native of Thibodaux, La., and resident of Labadieville, La., died Sept. 11, 2015.
Mrs. Watkins is survived by her sons, Michael, Alfred and Quincy Adams; daughter, Renata (Marcus) Tyler; brothers, Anthony, Alfred (Roxanne), Willie (Andrea) and Christopher (Kitica) Starks; sisters, Lula Mae Gray, Joyce Russell, Janice Williams, Rosemary (Earl) Ballard, Brenda Starks and Belinda Starks; 10 grandchildren; and godchild, Jacqueline Gray.
Burial is at St. Phillip Baptist Church Cemetery in Labadieville, La.
