Arch Bell

Arch Allen Bell, 82, a native of Kyle, Texas, and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Monday, March 7, 2016.

Mr. Bell fought in the Korean Conflict, and later was instrumental in the offshore oil-and-gas field development in West Africa, western Australia and the Middle East. He loved baseball – the EDW Cardinals, Nicholls Colonels and LSU Tigers.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Mary Margaret Bell; daughter, Robin Bell; son, Robert Bell; sister, Patricia Audilet; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Memorials to First United Methodist Church in Thibodaux in his name are appreciated.

Burial is at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.
