Blake Biggs, 83, a native and resident of Houma, died Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015.
Mr. Biggs is survived by his wife, Jill McKinney Biggs; stepson, Terry McKinney; stepdaughter, Julia (Royal) Havens; two step-grandchildren; brother, Robert (Barbara) Biggs Sr.; and sister-in-law, Judy Biggs.
