Cecelia Crochet Chatagnier, 95, a native and resident of Gray, La., died at 8:57 p.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2017.
Mrs. Chatagnier was a lifelong parishioner of St. Bridget Catholic Church, a past member of the Ladies Club and a member of the Bereavement Committee. She enjoyed quilting, canning, feeding people and playing bingo.
She is survived by her sons, Charles, Philip (Lois), Lawrence (Debra) and Mark (Debbie) Chatagnier; daughters, Alice (Charles) Bennett and Cela (Michael) Messina; sisters, Annie Crochet, Dot Didier, Agnes Babin and Frances Sellers; 17 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild on the way and two step-great-great-grandchildren.
Burial is at St. Bridget Catholic Church Cemetery in Schriever.
