Cheryl Picou

Cheryl Marie Picou, age 72, a native and resident of Houma, LA passed away Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 9:15 AM.

Cheryl was the beloved wife of 51 years to Allie Paul Picou; and loving mother to Courtney, Beannie, Blair Picou, and Celeste and husband, Blaine Melancon; sister of Glenn “Taz” Champagne and Nathalie Champagne Martin; loving grandmother of Trent Picou, Jai Melancon and Jennifer Picou Britton; and numerous other grandchildren and great-grandmother to Allie Picou and Aliza Marcel.

Cheryl was a bus driver for the Terrebonne Parish School System for more than 30 years. She enjoyed cooking, working in her flowerbeds and dancing.
