Daisy Savin Brunet, 63, passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2018. She was a native of Brownsville, Texas, long time resident of Little Caillou and resident of Thibodaux. LA
Daisy is survived by her loving husband, Randy Brunet; son, Jesse Brunet; brothers, Manuel “Chico” Savin and wife, Cindy, Allen Savin and wife, Danita, and Daniel Savin and wife, Adelia. Daisy is survived by numerous nieces and nephews; whom she loved dearly.
Daisy was a graduate of South Terrebonne High School on January 18, 1973. She married the love of her life; Randy Brunet one day later on January 19, 1973. Daisy was a loving soul who was her family’s rock and angel. She had many friends who loved her dearly. She was loved by all who met and knew her. She leaves behind her “fur babies,” her little dogs Poncho, Emmy, and cat Benji.
Daisy’s favorite time of year was always Christmas and she passed on December 25; the day we celebrate the birthday of our Lord and Savior. Daisy was the wind in the sails for her husband Randy and leaves him behind to the glory of Heaven. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends but she will never, ever be forgotten.
The family would like to thank all those who helped Daisy in her time of need, especially the staff of Acadian Ambulance who assisted the family and also the staff of Thibodaux Regional Medical Center.
