Emelia Galiano

Emelia Perrin Galiano, 91, a native of Golden Meadow, La., and resident of Galliano, La., died on Sunday, March 26, 2017.

Ms. Galiano was a retired school teacher, belonged to the Alpha Delta Kappa teacher association and started Galliano Waste Disposal with her husband in the 1970s.

She is survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Burial is at St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery in Galliano.
