Gamers of all ages are invited to the Terrebonne Parish Main Library’s third annual Terrebonne Games Expo, this year to be hosted as an all-day event! This year’s event will start at 9 a.m. and commence at 5 pm on Saturday, June 22.
Terrebonne Games Expo will feature a wide variety of board games, card games, and role-playing games. The library will even offer life-sized, or ‘mammoth,’ versions of same beloved classics such as Jenga, Tic Tac Toe, and Snakes and Ladders, among others.
Library staff will provide 3D printer demonstrations that will help gamers explore various ways such technology can be used towards their traditional gaming routines. Several vendor:- will be available for gaming demos as well, including Go4 Games, who will demonstrate a game called Dice Throne, and End of Turn Games, who will demo Key Forge and Magic the Gathering. +1 Gaming and Gamers Paradise will be in attendance as well.
Cosplay is not required to attend the event but is encouraged for those who wish to dress up in costumes. Terrebonne Games Expo is free and open to the public. Registration is not required.
