Glen Melancon

Glen Basil Melancon Sr., 74, a native of Gramercy, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 27, 2016.

Mr. Melancon was a United States Navy veteran. He enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with loved ones.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Rose Ann Weber Melancon; children, Yvonne, Michael (Desiree) and Glen (Michele) Melancon Jr. and Sherry Liner; brother, Kerry (Rose) Melancon; sister, Odile (Melvin) Wilson; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Burial is at a later date.
