Herbert Lee Howard, 78, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 9:44 a.m. on Thursday, May 25, 2017.
Mr. Howard is survived by his wife, Clara Williams Howard; sons, Kirk and Willie (Mia) Howard; daughter, Clarice (Gerald) Lewis and Maryland Howard; sister, Maude Parker; 28 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
Burial is at Union Benevolent Cemetery in Gibson.
