Jail inmate accused of rape dies after hanging

Huey P. Hebert, 72, a native and resident of Donner, La., died on Wednesday, June 29, 2016.
Mr. Hebert is survived by his brother, Carl (Rebecca) Hebert; sister, Loretta Leblanc; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Burial is at St. Patrick Catholic Church Cemetery in Gibson.
