Jerry A. “Capt. Jay” Dantin, 84, a native of Golden Meadow, La., and resident of Grand Isle, La., died on Sunday, May 15, 2016.
Capt. Jay enjoyed fishing, shrimping and crabbing.
He is survived by his longtime companion, Anna Camardelle.
Burial is at Cheramie Cemetery.
