John Fryer

John Henry Fryer, 74, a native of Sanford, Fla., and resident of Theriot, La., died at 2:26 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015.

Mr. Fryer was a general manager in the oilfield industry for 29 years. He held membership in the Mark Twain Oilfield Club and the Young Marines Program, and he was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

Mr. Fryer is survived by his wife of 34 years, Carolyn Azell

Fryer; sons, Jonathan Fryer and Glen Louviere; daughters, Crystal (Madison) Pierce, Jeunee’ Fryer and Gina (Buck) Woods; brother, Robert Fryer, Jr.; sisters, Linda Peterson and Renee’ Dugas; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for donations to be made to the American Heart Association.
