John “J.P.” Paul Smith, 30, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 6:08 p.m. Thursday, March 12, 2015.
Mr. Smith enjoyed fishing, playing video games and spending time with family.
He is survived by his mother, Lorena Smith Williams; father, Eddie John Bergeron; son, Dakota Smith; daughter, Cheyanne Thibodaux; brothers, Roland Jr. (Dawn) and Joshua (Sandy) Williams; sisters, Angela (Charles) Guil-lot and Kimela (Ronald) Collins.
