Joyce Schexnayder

Joyce Chatagnier Schexnayder, 88, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 1:06 a.m. on Monday, August 28, 2017.

Mrs. Schexnayder volunteered at the Regional Military Museum in Houma. She enjoyed gardening.

She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Clifton O. Schexnayder; daughter, Gwen Stevens; sons, Ted (Tammy) and Joey (Joan) Schexnayder; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Burial is at St. Francis de Sales No. 2 Cemetery in Houma.
