Court bars Terrebonne from minority judge lawsuit

Joyline B. Cancienne, 78, a native of Bayou Black, La., and resident of Houma, La., died on Monday, May 9, 2016.
Ms. Cancienne was a member of the Krewe of Cleophas and recently joined TOPS. She loved bowling and fishing.
She is survived by her sisters, Rose Richard, Amelia Thibodaux, and Shirley Hebert; her nieces and nephews.
Burial is at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church Cemetery.
